FLARE® WORLD CUP TICKET GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The Flare World Cup Ticket Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Flare (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, or any participating national football federation.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of countries and jurisdictions where participation is permitted by law who:
- Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
- Have internet access.
- Comply with these Official Rules.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry
During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry for each eligible Flare product purchased through the official Flare website.
Eligible purchases must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period.
Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or disputed transactions are not eligible.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to:

Include:
- Full legal name
- Email address
- Country of residence
One valid email submission will receive one (1) entry.
Limit one AMOE entry per person.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026 match selected by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
Up to $2,000 USD.
Specific match, seating location, ticket format, travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and related details shall be determined solely by Sponsor.
Travel, lodging, meals, passports, visas, taxes, and any expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via email.
The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
If:
- The winner cannot be contacted,
- The winner fails to respond,
- The winner is determined to be ineligible,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
8. Verification
The winner may be required to provide:
- Government-issued identification,
- Proof of eligibility,
- Any documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.
Failure to provide required documentation may result in disqualification.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city, and country of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
- Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- Verify the legitimacy of any entry.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, international, or other taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be handled in accordance with Flare’s Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to:
