At Flare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the terms below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Flare products are produced after an order is placed.
Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of these products:

Orders may not be modified once production has begun.

Orders may not be cancelled after production has started.

Production timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary based on demand and manufacturing schedules.
These limitations do not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or customized products

Gift cards

Clearance or final-sale items

Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care

Any item returned in a condition different from how it was received

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order after the return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
